The only time this message is returned is where HMRC have no open obligations for the VAT Number you are filing for.
Please check the VAT Number you have entered. It needs to be a nine-digit number with no spaces, letters, dashes etc. We have had occasions where clients have just inadvertently transposed a couple of the numbers so that would be worth checking too.
Please also check the dates you are filing for are in the format of dd/mm/yyyy, and that you have the regional settings on your machine set to English UK and dates dd/mm/yyyy.
After any changes, please re-link to the VAT Filer so the values then update and try your submission again.
