We have had a handful of users who are getting the message to say that the spreadsheet version is 'out of date' yet they are running version 3.4 of the spreadsheet.  To resolve this error you can either remove the unusual character from the business name on your source spreadsheet (this tends to be an ampersand) then relink the business name cell and refile or alternatively download a fresh copy of version 3.4 by logging into your Client Portal and going to the downloads section.
