The issue you are having is commonly due to one or more of the figures on your source spreadsheet being set to more than 2 decimal places.

The other issue that will cause this rejection is if any of the boxes 1 to 9 are empty. If the box is not applicable on the data link tab you can leave the cell unlinked and when you click finish it will populate any empty boxes with 0.00. This will feed through to the data link tab and allow you to submit.
