This issue relates to the file name of your source file containing the submission figures. This cannot contain any unusual characters such as an apostrophe, otherwise it cannot be linked. You will need to rename the file, and any tabs within the Excel document, to remove any special characters.

Once done delete the row you have linked in the VAT Filer using the X button at the end of the row and then relink all the submission figures and this should resolve the issue.
