Absolute Excel VAT Filer  

The account being locked is normally due to an incorrect user name and password being entered. 

To unlock the account you can log into your client portal using the details you set up for your account - If this is the first time you have accessed the portal you will need to click forgot password / reset password, enter your email address and we will send you a link to reset your password. Please check any spam or junk folders that you may have as the emails can go into these. Once you have set your password for the portal you can log in and then go to contacts. Click onto your name and then choose the tab at the top for Licence. You can untick Is Locked Out and then click save, this will allow you to file. You can check the username and password in cells C29 and C30 against those showing on the Licence tab and just ensure on your spreadsheet you do not have a space before or after the username and / or password.
