You are getting this message as there are no licences available on your account to file for this VAT number.

You will need to purchase additional licences to allow you to do so.

To purchase licences for the VAT Filer software you need to log into your client portal. To do this click https://www.absoluteexcelvatfiler.co.uk/members/account/login and enter your log in details. Please note these will be different from your VAT Filer username and password in cells C29 and C30 of the spreadsheet (unless you have previously made these the same). 

If it is your first time logging into the client portal you will need to click forgot password / reset password and then enter your email address. Please check any spam or junk folders that you have as the emails can sometimes go into these. We will email you a link to set up the password for the client portal. Once logged into your account you need to select Orders and then order new licence. This will take you through the process of ordering online. The licences will be added automatically to your account and a VAT invoice will be emailed through to you.
