The VAT Filer username and password is emailed to you when you first purchase the product. When purchasing additional licences, the licences will just be added to your existing account and the username and password will not change. You can continue to file using the username and password you used when you made your last submission.

If you place an order using a different email address on our website to your original order then you will receive a new username and password.

If you are unsure of your username and password, you can access this via your portal account. If you log into your account and select Contacts and then choose your name. You can then click the licence tab to see the username and password for cells C29 and C30 for the VAT Filer spreadsheet.
